Return Policy
Hawk Western Wear Return Policy
To be eligible for return, your item must be:
-In the same condition you received it. This means unworn, unwashed, stain free, odor free, and smoke free.
-Footwear must be in the original box that they came in, and shipped inside another box. Please do not attach any tape or labels to the original footwear box.
If we receive your return and it is missing a tag, has a makeup stain, a smoke odor, pet hair, etc. we will invoice you for a shipping label to send back to you. If the customer is not compliant and does not pay for a return shipping label back to them, they will not be issued a refund or store credit and the item will be donated.
All Sale Items or items sold with a 30% discount or more are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return.
Items that are not eligible for a return and are FINAL SALE:
-Jewelry
-Hair Accessories
-Undergarments
-Perfume or Cologne
-Hats and Caps

All shipping costs for returns are the customers responsibility.
