Unfortunately, we cannot change a shipping address once your order is placed. If you need to change the address, please cancel the original order, and re-order with the correct address.

We typically ship same day or next day. We do not ship on the weekends - please note if you select express shipping on an order placed on Saturday, it will not ship out until Monday. Once a package leaves Hawk Western Wear, we are not liable or responsible for delivery time, lost packages or damage.

Reward Points are only valid for 365 days after earning. To avoid points from expiring, simply place an order within the calender year of earning points. No exceptions will be made - we carry a broad selection of items for you to shop!

We are a small business, and our marketing + online team is one person. We will always have more in-store then on our website. Kindly comment on the post, DM us, or shoot an email and we can invoice you!

We accept returns for full refund, minus shipping, for unworn items that were not bought on sale. Please view our return policy to make sure your item qualifies.

Please try on all items before removing tags. In the case that this happens, some exceptions will be made. If hang tag can be brought in original condition, we can re-attach the tag. If tags are torn off denim, we cannot except a return.
